The Wright Express Governor's Scholarships at USM

Join us Monday, September 14, 2009 as Wright Express hosts its Annual Golf Tournament at The Woodlands in Falmouth to benefit the Governor’s Scholarships at the University of Southern Maine. This year’s event promises to be another fantastic day of golf and, of course, a great way to help this worthwhile cause.

The money raised provides scholarships that respond to a critical need, not only for deserving students, but also for the economy of our state. Maine businesses know that the need for a dedicated, qualified workforce continues to grow. These scholarships provide the opportunity for some of our best and brightest students to achieve their higher education goals and explore careers in this dynamic field right here in Maine. The proceeds from the tournament will equally benefit scholarships in the USM School of Business, and in the Department of Computer Science in the USM School of Applied Science, Engineering, and Technology (ASET).The format is a four-person modified scramble, and awards will be given for the low gross team, longest drive, closest to the pin, Hole in One, and more. Individuals and teams are welcome!

                       12:00pm: Review rules of play / Shotgun start           
                         5:00pm: Dinner and awards presentation                  

Proceeds will equally benefit scholarshipsfor both  the USM School of Business
and  the Department of Computer Science in the USM School of Applied Science, Engineering, and Technology (ASET).
